The purpose of this notice
This privacy notice describes how we collect and use personal information in connection with your job search.
Disruptive Data Tech will be a ‘data controller’ in respect of the personal data you provide. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal information. In the event that you have data concerns, you should address them, in the first instance, to privacy@disruptivedatatech.com.
Why we collect your data
We collect your data because it is in our mutual interests to gather information in connection with your job search. This information will include (but may not be limited to) your CV, full name, past compensation details, eligibility to work in the UK, email address, and telephone number. This information will be used to match your details with specific job or future vacancies and to effectively manage the full recruitment cycle.
How we collect your data
We do this in a number of ways. You will either send information directly to a Disruptive DataTech consultant, or you may submit information via our website or a 3rd party application such as LinkedIn. Information provided to Disruptive DataTech will be added to our secure database which can only be accessed by employees of Disruptive DataTech.
When we’ll share your data
Your information will be held within Disruptive DataTech for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. With your permission, we will share your information with prospective employers to increase your chances of securing a role. We will use the contact and personal details you’ve provided unless specifically requested otherwise by you. In certain circumstances, we may be required to take references and carry out credit checks or other lawful or regulatory checks.
How long we retain your data
Your data will be held for the duration of your recruitment exercise, based on the assumption you would like the continued support of Disruptive DataTech. We do not anticipate holding your information for more than six years from our last contact unless we have good reasons to do so (such as a need to defend legal claims).
If you want to be removed from our systems you can inform us at any time.
Failure to provide personal information
If you fail to provide certain information when requested, we may not be able to properly assist with your search for a role.
