Senior Sales Engineer (West Coast)

Job Brief

  • Collaborate with the sales team to grasp customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Customize the presentation of our technical features to align with customer needs.
  • Lead technical conversations during pre-sales interactions and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Develop tailored product presentations and demos to highlight our solution’s benefits.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand technical needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Assist customers through POC setups, addressing technical questions and concerns.
  • Work alongside post-sales teams for a seamless transition from sales to implementation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years track record in technical sales or sales engineering, with a focus on DevTools.
  • In-depth comprehension of Kubernetes deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, etc.
  • Profound familiarity with our product line.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for various audiences.
  • Strong aptitude for problem-solving and adaptability in customer interactions.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.
