Senior Sales Engineer (West Coast)
Job Brief
- Collaborate with the sales team to grasp customer requirements and business objectives.
- Customize the presentation of our technical features to align with customer needs.
- Lead technical conversations during pre-sales interactions and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Develop tailored product presentations and demos to highlight our solution’s benefits.
- Engage directly with customers to understand technical needs and propose effective solutions.
- Assist customers through POC setups, addressing technical questions and concerns.
- Work alongside post-sales teams for a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years track record in technical sales or sales engineering, with a focus on DevTools.
- In-depth comprehension of Kubernetes deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, etc.
- Profound familiarity with our product line.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for various audiences.
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and adaptability in customer interactions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.
