Senior Manager – Strategic Planning and Transformation Outside IR35 – £650-750 P/D

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager in Strategic Planning to play a pivotal role in accelerating and steering large-scale transformations within our European business. Collaborate with business leaders, executives, and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives ranging from new product categories and category expansions to international market growth. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to reshaping our supporting capabilities, ensuring sustained and profitable growth. Additionally, you will be involved in critical projects across strategy, operations, finance, and talent.

  • Support high-impact global initiatives by collaborating with teams across Commercial, FP&A, Product Development, Marketing, Legal, People and Culture, and Operations.
  • Act as a team player, contributing to and driving high-impact projects that span various business outcomes and functional disciplines.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define project objectives, workstreams, timelines, team structures, and other foundational elements of project and transformation management.
  • Lead the development of approaches, frameworks, and best practices to expedite project impact.
  • Foster effective working relationships with associates at all levels within the organization.
  • Structure and lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to derive valuable insights.
  • Conceptualize and craft executive-level presentations that are concise, visually compelling, and impactful.
  • Provide support to the VP and Chief of Staff on high-priority activities, including project and program management, presentation development, and analytics support.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy/operations consulting or corporate strategic planning, with a demonstrated leadership progression.
  • In-depth functional knowledge across various departmental or process areas within a consumer goods organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a rapidly growing company.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive results, manage risk, and pivot when necessary to achieve speedy outcomes.
  • Experience using data (KPIs) in a measurable way to achieve specific strategic results, with strong analytical skills to develop, measure, and improve key performance indicators.
  • Success in supporting cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of ambiguous information into executive-level insights that drive action.
  • Excellent executive-level oral and written communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to identify and drive innovative approaches to tackle new challenges.
  • Potential for growth into specific functional areas of the organization.
  • Comfort working at both detailed and high levels, demonstrating a willingness to learn, roll up sleeves, and set an example as a “doer.”
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a dynamic, fun, fast-paced environment.
  • Superior MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Domo and similar programs is a plus.
  • MBA preferred.
