Senior Customer Success – Cybersecurity
Job Brief
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships, preparing and leading onboarding of new users, and identifying opportunities for product and service improvement
- Partner with key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure clients are maximizing the product and its features
- Educate customers on the most relevant and up-to-date features
- Strategically and innovatively solving problems as client and business issues arise
- Increase customer renewals and expansion.
- Provide timely technical and product support
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success
- Working experience with customers in B2B enterprise software products
- Experience in owning a book of business of 5+ customer accounts
- Experience building and operating in an early-stage company
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
- Working experience in the cyber industry – highly preferre
