- As a recruitment intern, you’ll have a key role in building the company’s brand within the tech industry.
- You’ll have ownership of the recruiting process and will be encouraged to step out of your comfort zone to become an expert.
- The internship can be done remotely or at the company’s HQ in London.

- You’ll work closely with the CEO on the recruiting strategy.

- Coordinate weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates in collaboration with the CEO.
- Engage in business development activities.
- Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach.
- Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process, which includes CV screening.
- Manage the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse, by updating job postings and descriptions.
- Report to the senior recruitment team and the CEO.
Requirements
- You should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results.
- You must have a UK work permit.
- You should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make people feel comfortable.
- Taking ownership of your work, being proactive, and following through on commitments are important.
- You should have a desire to learn, develop, and push yourself.
- No prior experience in recruiting is required; the company is willing to teach you everything you need to know.
