Job Brief
As a Generative AI-focused Data Scientist, your role involves collaborating on diverse projects using large language models and other Generative AI technologies to deliver practical business solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and developers from different business units. While you should stay updated on Gen AI advancements, this is not a research role.
Requirements
- Expertise in NLP, Large Language Models, LLM prompt engineering, vector databases, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and search engines.
- Proficiency in computer science, particularly in cloud-based business applications.
- Familiarity with tools like Azure services, Python, Langchain, Streamlit, Docker, Git, and Elasticsearch.
- Preferably experienced in a large, complex organization.
- Effective communication and English proficiency.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Emphasis on pragmatic, straightforward solutions, even without Gen AI components.
- Desire to work in a diverse, distributed team.
- Comfortable with rapid changes in priorities and tasks due to disruptive AI progress. This role thrives in dynamic environments and isn’t for those seeking “business as usual.”
